The Paper Drop 

This idea was born when Ian's mum could no longer drive but still needed her daily newspaper for crosswords and news, along with the occasional sandwich or other essentials. Helen began delivering the paper and necessities like tea bags, toilet rolls, and more. More importantly, it gave her the chance to check in on Mum and ensure she was doing okay. 

On days when the weather is fine you can sometimes see Helen taking her orange bike to Sainsbury's collecting papers.
